Washington Family Engagement and Humanities Washington proudly presents "Prime Time: Family Reading," a nationally renowned reading program designed for families with parents or adult caregivers and their children aged 6 to 10 years old.
This FREE 6-week course meets every Tuesday, where parents or adult caregivers and their children will engage with a variety of captivating books read by expert narrators. Our sessions will feature guided discussions and activities led by a qualified scholar, ensuring active participation from both adults and children.
Topic of the Series: Of, By, and For the People. Our Country is a nation of immigrants, with diverse backgrounds shaping our collective identity. Our stories are influenced by the languages, traditions, art, and histories of our origins. This series explores how these unique stories come together to form the American story.
Who: Washington State Parents or adult caregivers and their children aged 6 to 10 years old.
